Every time I've ever needed to unblock a drain in a sink (I have a habit of just pushing chunks of food from pots, pans and plates down the plug hole with my thumb rather than fishing them out - so it usually needs unblocked every once in a while) or bath (hair) I've poured a jug of concentrated sodium hydroxide down there and it's worked perfectly.
You can buy it cheaply from chemists and the like (usually sold as "lye" or "drain cleaner"). Remember to add the crystals to the water and not the water to the crystals to prevent it bubbling up and rapidly heating and dissolving your face/hands.

I think its IN the wall.

Check and make sure. It’ll be directly underneath your sink’s plughole. Straight under it. It could only be inside the wall if your sink is on top of the wall … if you see what I mean.

If your sink is built into a cupboard of some sort, open up the doors, or remove the front of the cupboard, or whatever … and you’ll see the waste trap.

Get a plunger over the plug hold and it should sort you out, although you might have to let some of it come back up then wash it down slowly.
