| Raising money
Right, heres the thing. i am wanting to go volunteer in the Amazon on a wildlife conservation programme. however its costs lots of money to do so (flights, plus you need to pay for food etc) so does anyone have any ideas/tips on how to raise money. i would be looking at needing about £2,500, if i was going to stay there for a month.
all i can think of is crap like having a garage sale (but i have nothing to sell). anything else i can think of (sponsored sky jump) cost money to do, so are pointless...

it isnt a holiday, thats the thing....
im not doing it for shits and giggles. its a month long stint in the jungle hiking about the place and climbing trees monitoring animals.

Stuff like skydiving does obviously cost you, but it's not THAT much and it's the sort of thing people would give you lots of money to do.
