Explosion in Exeter, one injured.
It's just breaking news so I don't have a huge amount of info.

The explosive device went off at about 1250 BST after a man walked into the Giraffe restaurant in the Princesshay shopping mall, police said.

Emergency crews are at the scene and nearby premises have been evacuated. At least one person has been taken to hospital for treatment

The Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital said it was not expecting a significant number of casualties.

'Careful evaluation'

Devon and Cornwall Police said more resources are being sent to the area.

A spokesman said: "Whilst police are not fully aware of the circumstances of this incident it is believed that an explosion of some sort did take place."

Assistant Chief Constable Bob Spencer said: "We are carrying out a careful evacuation of the premises using the police and other emergency services that are at the scene.

"We will update the people of Exeter about what has happened as soon as we can.

"In the meantime, I'd urge motorists to stay away from the city centre area and road delays are likely."

Exeter Restaurant Bombed

Actually i think you'll find that one bomb exploding does constitute a bombing, otherwise terrorists all over the world would be using the "it was only one" excuse all the time.
