Aye, few and far between though. Total nightmare at the moment 'cos all the students are flathunting just now too. You'd think my budget would be a little out of the reach of students, but I suppose there must be some rich ones out there...

So long as you're honest about it, most letting agencies will be fine about pets, within reason.

Suspect they'd say no, since it's a new build, brand new furniture etc. and they'll have their pick of tenants given the market at the mo. (A flat advertised on gumtree this morning was gone by the time I rang at lunchtime!)

I've done my fair share of flat-hunting and I've so far never come across an estate agency that allow pets. Then again, I don't know about private landlords.

What's this about monthly inspections?! That would put me right off!
