| Pence Over Overdraft Limit - Refund? I recently went over my overdraft limit by £0.24p. 24-fucking-pence. And I've been charged £20.
I get paid tomorrow aswell, which makes it worse.
Think it'll get waved off if I threaten some cunts? |

| Re: Pence Over Overdraft Limit - Refund? Every bank's different, but say you where with us. If you had no charges in the last 12 months then we would waiver it for you. Because it is such a small amount.
Is it just a flat fee of 20 pounds? |

| Re: Pence Over Overdraft Limit - Refund? BoS, recently got 2 removed cause I must have a sexy phone-voice.
It's 24 fuckin' pence though, from a total transaction of £4.77.
Surely it's a matter of common sense. |

| Re: Pence Over Overdraft Limit - Refund? Well you might get it back, just be straight forward about it. If you go mental they can just say it is in the terms and conditions when you opened the bank account that they can charge you. Plus you shouldn't be spending money you don't have, i only say that tho when customer is being a right cock about it.
Like i said because it is only 24p that helps you big time. |

| Re: Pence Over Overdraft Limit - Refund? Just say to them what's happened, be polite, and if you get someone with a bit of sense they will probably roll their eyes at what's happened and say no bother....if NOT - go on from there...

| Re: Pence Over Overdraft Limit - Refund? Be polite (I find it very hard to be polite to banks as I'm coerced from all sides into using their services and often find it hard to disguise my disdain for them.) and you shouldn't have a problem. If you think someones just being a cunt because they can't be bothered doing anything about it (This does happen regularly, sadly.) ask to speak to someone else.
No offence to anyone that works in a bank, least you're not a debt collector. |
