Ticketmaster..

so i bought a T in the park ticket ages ago.
I got a weekend camping ticket with a bus ticket added on.

Got an email yesterday (20th of june) about pre booking my tickets before they go on sale.

i try and try and try. cannot for the life of me get them booked. So i phoned today and the woman from citylink said that i had to book the bus ticket before the 15th of june?
i double checked the website and shes right. I had to book the tickets before the 15th

so where do i stand?
i have the email here stating that it was sent on the 20th of june

should i just book a bus ticket and then get them to refund me the money?

So ticketmaster sold you a weekend camping ticket plus bus journey?
Although you had to book the bus ticket seperately and they didnt advise you?

have i got that?

Just had a check on the ticketmaster website, although it does say that you have to book it seperately with no mention of the date. I'd contact them about it to see what they have to say.

did you get the email on the 20th? yep you did, id deffo contact ticketmaster, you cant be responsible for not recieving your reference number.

what im worried about is when this is all getting "looked into" the bus tickets are now on sale to the public

i wanted to travel with friends

I'd call them straight away and check what the procedure is - doubt it's the first time something like this has happened with them. Once you know if they'll be refunding you, etc you can book your bus.

so i phoned them.

they cant guarantee a refund so ive not to book the tickets without the reference.

the guy who "authorises late emails or errors in emails" is off till monday ?

apparently they are going to get someone to phone me back at 4

i have forwarded the email n that so i guess thats it being "looked into"

“the guy who checks emails is off”? wtf? nobody else in the whole of ticketmaster is capable of checking details? fucking amateurs.

means you don't have a bus ticket already? why are you having to buy another one before the 15th of june? surely the one you got "ages ago" is prior to 15th june? i know i'm being a spaz and missing some vital point...:\
