Are you sure?

'Cause it would be ironic if you'd buggered up your attempt(s) to be patronizing.

Yeah, admittedly, I'm not good at being patronising; it's something I find as vile as the people who actually are.

Maybe I was sick of being patronised by the same person, repeatedly

I'll leave it at that.

Re: Entertaining Americans in Glasgow

Cheers for all the help folk!

Think the plan is to take them into the city centre tomorrow (unless it rains lots) shop, find chocolate cake for the boy, shops full of shiny things for the girls, whilst my aunt and uncle look at houses. And to resist the urge to dump the younger ones and go to the pub. And they're staying up by the botanics so i can show them around there on the way into town. So i'm now trying to think of shops and cafes that will entertain all three kids tomorrow. We may just end up in the cinema.

Science centre on thursday, somewhere outside of glasgow on friday.

Hopefully it'll all be ok.

New Lanark or Hill House.

The Scottish Country Life Museum is nearby and family friendly, but according to Owen it's really shite.

Down by the BBC & XFM on Clyde Bank their is a great bridge! And some interesting buildings. I know there is a very old church in Glasgow as well!

Never ever go shopping with two teenage girls and a twelve year old boy. I'm shattered.
