| Charity Runs? Anyone know any charity runs coming up where they don't charge you a entry fee and only ask for sponsor money? |

Hmm… that’s a tough one. In short, the answer is no. However, I’ve listed some events we have coming up just in case he’s interested.
Great Scottish Run is on Sunday 7th September – you do have to pay a reg fee to Glasgow city council, but we do not ask for a reg fee ourselves (not sure if that meets his criteria). It’s the option of a Half-marathon or 10k run, see www.runglasgow.org
Big fun run Edinburgh or Glasgow, October 08, again, small reg fee payable to big fun run (£7.50 for adults) and then sponsorship money to us. www.bigfunrun.com
Also, the Scottish Running guide summer issue has 7 pages of runs in Scotland –some of which have reg fees and some of which appear not to have an entry fee. I would suggest he visits www.scottishrunningguide.com and contacts them to ask for his free copy of the guide (I would photocopy, only I don’t have a photocopier).
Hope that helps,
Katherine
