I'm an o2 customer and decided to go with their broadband when I moved into my flat as we use them at home and they've always been good. What great service!
I signed up for broadband on the Monday, they texted to let me know my order had been received and approximately when my router would be despatched. I received another text a few days later confirming my router would be despatched by the Wednesday and then another text saying my broadband would be activated on the Friday. Then they texted again to say that my router had been despatched and to expect it on the Thursday.
Installed my broadband on my PC and laptop on Friday with the CD (so easy that a five year old could follow it) and everything worked fine first time. Absolutely no problems with the speed or connection.
Then this morning I got a text to confirm they'd received the letter I sent them telling them my change of address and that they've changed my details. How efficient! Also, any time I've had to phone customer service they couldn't be more helpful. I've also never had any problems with my bills or basically any problems with o2 at all.
Ah, it's such a nice change to recieve good service!
