Clearly. | Now I just feel stupid - it is so obvious!

| Re: Deal With The Heat? Sometimes when I overheat I douse my arms in cold water and spin around like a helicopter - I've done that a couple of times in the Classic Grand and Bedlam sweatbaths and it seemed to do the trick. This isn't always practical though. I keep as much sunlight out of the house as possible (open the windows but partially lower blinds or draw curtains) to prevent the greenhouse effect from the windows and switch on the fans.
I'm about to visit London - in THIS HEAT + 10 - and, being me, I have no light-coloured clothing. In fact, a quick glance at my suitcase reveals that my entire wardrobe is, um, black. I may have to wave my hairy shins in the face of the capital tomorrow and not bother with tights or socks with my skirt. Fine with me, embarassing to my sister. Awww yeah. Must remember my fan and factor 50.

It's 22c, it's not the fucking outback here pal. | In fairness to Hammer its less the temperature (although that fucks us Teuchter types up enough) its more the humindity down Glasgow way that gets us.
I couldn't function the summer i spent in Manchester though (but I was able to walk around in a t-shirt while nigh on everyone else was in artic gear.)
