Deal With The Heat?

I don't know how things are in other parts of the country, but right now I have every window in the flat open and there isn't even a breeze outside, let alone in here and it's roasting.

So, what do you do in this kind of heat to keep cool?

So far, I've been sitting in front of a fan, drinking loads of water and I'm contemplating a cold shower.

I never get as bad as to wanta cold shower luckily. I just try not to move as much as possible in bed and im usually ok til I wake up a sweaty mess in the morning. Windowsopen usually does the trick for me alas.

Im quite high up and further west so i would expect a breeze, i keep my window open constant as i love the cold but im getting nothing here. I have cold beer to cool me down.

I know you are all young and stuff but this is known as Summer in the rest of the world, we used to have them all the time a wee while back.

Feverishly try and write enough new songs to fill a 40min set for the following evening.

I stopped noticing the heat hours ago.

I'm a Scotsman from those strange pointy places where you can see snow all year round. I'm not built to take this kind of heat
