they've gone into administration. 9 years isn't a bad stint and hopefully they can remain in business with owners that get on with each other this time but they're now very hard pressed to hold their own against the larger, more established operators.

| Re: enjoy the beanscene while it's open... If they went to counter service and rationalised the menu a bit they might stand a chance but for alot of customers that was the attraction. it's a toughie.
They prob can't lay off any staff into the bargain as 142 staff members over 14 stores is pretty threadbare as it is.
