For me its 15.12, I always look at the clock when I'm in work at the same time, and my birthday is 15/12  That's what I'd put it down to.

constantly noticing the no 23 in this instance is a bit like that 'psychic' phenomenon of thinking of somebody then they phone you. You remember the times when it happened because it's more remarkable than all the times you were thinking of them and they did not phone.
