or more like places you can hire a section of a bar for free or not for a million bucks for probably about 20-30 people. not somewhere pure young it's for a 30th party either west end or town my mind's drawn a total blank have got nude and capitol so far  |

Bunker will hire you the back area of the pub (the bit with the net terminals and the three lowered 'bunker' seats.)
It's still part of the pub but it's cordoned off - means you don't have to provide your own entertainment (as long as you like indie music...) | |

Aye, the universal hire out the upstairs bar for a small fee. Try and book as early as possible if it's a weekend night though because we get a lot of bookings for fri/sat... | |

The Universal's function room is really nice, although I've only ever been to things there when it's been 50+ folk. Not sure what it'd be like for 20-30.
If the Mini Bar is still open that's worth a shout - fantastic little place for a party and they hire out the whole bar. No idea what it costs though. | |

aye my mates had their joint 30ths at universal, was really good, excellent grub and you could take your own music (forgot about it in my earlier post). Plus their chalkboards by watt brothers always make me giggle

Curlers or the Ark might be too cool but you can get upstairs in Curlers for about a hundred and a section of the Ark for a negotiable price based on who I talk to | |
