My dad adored this guy - i remember the shows where he was cooking fish on some sort of barbecue/grill and always had wine in the other hand, and i thought this guy was great as well. Utter legend! As Laura was saying, it's a shame to know that he was troubled, was reading his history, and he really didnt do well with his own culinary endeavours!
