| Re: CID Carmageddon The CID can't be charged with anything for one of their officers knocking down a man. This is fact. The individual is the only person who can get charged with it, if hes in the wrong.

they certainly oughta be training their drivers to be as safe as is possible so yeah, responsibility should lie with them as well as the individual drivers, no?
