Apparently the CID mowed someone down and there's millions of police in Union Street. They've shifted the traffic into one lane and its absolutely teaming with police everywhere. Cant help but think, if I had knocked someone over there wouldnt even be a fraction of the fuss its caused today. If it helps paint a picture, the police are doing what they do best. Standing in groups talking whilst 2 police frantically move the traffic, set up perimeter tape etc etc |

The CID won't be charged with anything you daft cunt. It comes down to the driver of the car and if he was driving over the limit, dangerously or anything else.
Accidents sometimes happen.
I'd wait until you get the full story of what happened before jumping to daft conclusions.
