The once ruined my birthday with their "we can only deliver between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday and cannot change a delivery destination without approval from the sender first but you can come and collect your package from our middle of nowhere warehouse". Called to pick up a birthday present they tried to deliver but I had popped out. Had the day off so arranged to go and collect the package, even though it was a pain in the arse to get to the depot. Called to find out when I could go. Got there at said time only to be told the van had not made it back yet and might be another 3 hours - which would be 8pm. Had to go to only pub in area which was a hideous Hungry Horse serving bloody nasty fried food. Eventually got package and back to town at 9.30pm having wasted hours.

Citylink have delivered my past mobile insurance claims before and they were fine.
Now DHL... oh no. DHL are the worst.

I'm another one that ended up having to get a taxi to one of their warehouses in the middle of nowhere. Isn't the whole point of being a delivery company to actually, y'know, deliver things to where they're meant to go?

aye les, they are the fuckin WORST. especially when you live in dundee, and when you miss them for the 4th time they say "come to the depot and collect" and you realise the closest depot is fucking glenrothes. i hate citylink. hate the way amazon uses em. | |
