| A number of users who think it's funny to break the rules and generally think they have the right to do what they want when they want it regardless of who they annoy...they just found out that rights been revoked!
Names that spring to mind...

and a few of the accounts they created to get back on.
To be honest we banned about 15+ accounts but it's probably only about 4-5 users.

JohnCondo - natefisher, nate, deathly we know who you are!
As for chasing people away, yes actually that wouldn't be a problem as long as it's the trouble makers that leave. So far there have been no "innocent victim" though one or two claim to be they have done something wrong. Also I'm pretty sure only about 6 different users have been banned roughtly and nothing else has really changed on the forum. Everyday users have nothing to worry about.
