It was posted on Friday, first class, therefore should have arrived on saturday morning.
It came through handstamping where I work as I personally put it through to sorting. I do not know what happened to it after that. The line mamanger could simply bin it as perishable items are not allowed to be posted due to obvious reasons such as decaying and causing a mess.
If it went through to delivery on saturday morning the postman could also decline to post it as it could cause an undue mess to his post bag.
