I know we said we'd stop accepting these last minute gigs on a near-weekly basis for a while, but this came along and I just straight-up fancied a) playing a gig close to Halloween, and b) playing somewhere that isn't The Cathouse.

I can't remember the other bands on the bill, except that one of them has a pure hilarious name and that all the bands are either "metal" or "rock". Oh, except for one generic ass screamo band who wear those faggy bicycle shorts on stage like Bring Me The Horizon do. I'll try and get names and MySpace links to post tomorrow.

I dunno how many folk would be up for this, but there's not much better to do on a Thursday night eh! We usually get a fair few forumers out to our shows, so you can all come out and touch each other's knobs or whatever fruity ass shit it is that you're into!
Tickets are only £4 from members of Senzafine, I'm in Town every day and will be out at The Cathouse - HOPEFULLY DRESSED AS FUCKIN' BOMBERMAN~!! - on Halloween night, so if yer out on Wednesday and fancy grabbing a ticket off me then just tap me on my big white helmet or whatever and say so.

  LOL. How can a band that only listens to Roadrunner Records bands also be so insanely clued up on every Glasgow HardCore band ever?? In fairness, their recordings are shady as fuck but from what I can make out they don't sound THAT bad. Nothing like any of their influences, though, not at all.
• ONE DAY REMAINS
  These are the bicycle short guys.
• DEADLY MIXTURE
  This is the band name I found hilarious, because it evoked images of an ice cream van that sold 10p mixtures, 20p mixtures and DEADLY MIXTURES which rot yer teeth and make yer stomach come out through your bellybutton in a gorey and graphic manner. A GIRL sings for them, EWWW.
• THE CONDEMNED
  Not named after the Stone Cold Steve Austin movie. Rumour has it they consider themselves a hardcore band... Dunno if that's true, but they're not anyway. They have a cover of "Sorry You're Not A Winner" by Enter Shikari on their MySpace, though, which they had fucking better play live, so Thermo'll come and shout "WHAT WHAT WHAT" with me.

I was planning on doing this for work, aye, but I had trouble finding all the necessary components at such short notice. Plus, Scott started giving me some bullshit about how "he doesn't have the figure to be Axl Rose", so the whole thing went out the window! Think I'll just go into work dressed as Mil Mascaras, my costume from last Halloween, for lack of being able to find anything else while teh spraypaint dries on my Bomberman helmet. I'll be getting changed on the train to College, though, to minimise the likelihood of getting stabbed in Clydebank.
