| Re: Newton Faulkner Did he really do a good version of Massive Attack's song? It's untouchable! So it better be good. I tried playing it on his site but it didn't so anyone got a link to it? Oh I'd love to know when Nick Harper is playing tell!

He certainly did, though I can only find live versions of it on you tube. This clip is halfway through his explanation of how he ended up doing Teardrop.
He was due to perform on a radio show but found out he had to do a cover (hallo Jo Whiley). He tried doing No Limits but thought the "techno techno techno" bit would sound a bit odd... then tried Send Me On My Way but the words were just crazy... so he ended up doing Teardrop. |

| Re: Newton Faulkner I dont think so at all, can you think of anything he didnt play? He was on for about an hour and 45 minutes as well, so I didnt feel cheated.
I think hes just lovely, the gig was fun, the support was great, and it was nice to be in the barras again. Don't think id bother seeing him again till he had a new album though.
