They're giving away a free copy of the remastered album @ http://www.ironmaiden.com/try/ but you can only listen to each track 3 times unless you can find a way to remove the DRM.

Anyone else there, wasn't a bad show but was far from there best, sound was pretty bad for the first few songs then it picked up though.

I thought the sound was good, could have done with being a bit louder but generally pretty good especially for an open air show. It was a 100 times better than at Download last year.

I thought it was a really good show and Twickenham was a lot fuller than I thought it would be. I'd say the only real downside would be over the early curfew which had them coming on when it was still light very light and it not getting dark until they were almost at the encore.

Re: Iron Maiden - Twickenham Stadium, London. 5/7/08

^^^ I think it depended on where you were as to how good the sound quality was. The speakers for the seating area didn't seem to be set up in any sort of thought-out way, just hung down wherever possible.

I'm not the biggest Maiden fan, but the show was great. Could've done without some of the twats in the crowd around me making tits of themselves (that's right children, a GIRL at a Maiden concert!!1) but apart from that, it was fun.

Avenged Sevenfold weren't shocking either.

I assume it'll be a similar set at Wacken...?

I'm really looking forward to seeing them!
