| Glastonbury 2008 Registration for this years Glastonbury can be made from the 1st February on www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk or by getting a registration form from Millets (the camping shop). You have to send a passport photo away again when you register.
I'm using this thread to build my hopes up about getting a ticket (shoosh McLeary) - first big rumour about one of the headliners...JAY-Z. |

It was fun last year but that car journey's just too brutal. |

| Re: Glastonbury 2008 Just fly easy jet Glasgow-Bristol then rent a car there or get a bus etc? Never ever been to a festival and I usually like knowing who is playing before I would buy any tickets etc |

| Re: Glastonbury 2008 I'm rooting for ye, big man!
Got to say, I'm not sure the Jigga man is really a big enough artist in this country to be an acceptable headliner, and Glasto hardly draws a hip-hop crowd, so I'm not so sure I buy it that he'll be top billing, though I could definitely see him playing somewhere on there. My money's still on Radiohead and The Verve, with one other big name in there, let's just say Muse for the sake of argument.

| Re: Glastonbury 2008 Michael Eavis has said that one of the headliners is a black American who'll appeal to a younger crowd - that only really leaves Kanye West or Jay Z I reckon. |

| Re: Glastonbury 2008 Kanye is a lock then, I'd say. He makes hip-hop for white people and is more chart-friendly. In fact, he's basically a pop artist.
Imagine it was Fiddy but? I'd be so jealous, I'd demand you throw a banana at him for me. Quote:
