Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine shall be playing on Friday November 21st at Birmingham Academy and Saturday November 22nd (Jim Bob's Birthday) @ The Brixton Academy.
Tickets are £20 for Birmingham and £25 for Brixton. Tickets go on presale through the Carter email list and Livenation on February 28th at 9am and General release on the 29th. | |

Days Inn for me again i think. That's where Tony and i stayed for the PWEI gigs. On the Sunday we searched everywhere to find an after midnight pint as it was gonna be my b'day, all we found was a shitty sports bar. Got back to the hotel and the bar was still open showing MTV2. Typical. | |

They may add another gig or 2, you know what they're like. But they don't want to tour. They just enjoyed the last gigs so much that they wanted to do a few more. | |

I'd love to see Les and Jim getting back together, but I'm not especially enthused over them continuing their solo careers then getting together for one or two christmas shows. The two of them also seem slightly reserved about that possibility.
Don't get me wrong, they'll be fucking amazing live, but you can only see the same show so many times before it becomes kind of dull.
Recommended to anyone who hasn't seen Carter live. | |

I agree Mark
I am erring on the side of leave Carter to the great memories of the late 80s - the band I knew and loved. I think seeing them in this kind of show would just slightly mar those great memories for me. I loved them in tiny venues in front of 200 people. Not sure I want to see them in a big venue 20 years later.

I've seen them, I've seen them do a comeback/farewell show. Unless they're touring a new album I'll just go and them seperately.
