For one night only on the 22nd May 2008 cool clothing brand Firetrap and the mucky funksters at Clash Magazine team up on the streets of Edinburgh, for a one off FREE gig, showcasing some of the UK and Scotland’s finest talent. And in case that didn’t register, it’s totally free.
Set in the heart of Edinburgh, at Cabaret Voltaire, recently voted in DJ magazine top 100 clubs in the world it’s the perfect way to celebrate the beginning of summer and the end of exams.
Headliners, Duke Spirit will grace the stage, a band that has a primal take on Rock ‘n’ Roll, an electrifying must see band this year with an incredible front woman Leila Moss. Alongside are Glasgow’s hottest Indie rockers, Frightened Rabbit, whose unpredictability playing live will keep you on your toes. And if that wasn’t enough, a set from one half of the Optimo DJs, J G Wilkes will be taking to the decks bringing a heady concoction of Indie, rock and dance to a fine climax.
