The MC5 were indisputably one of the most influential rock bands of all time, though only three years elapsed between the MC5’s ridiculously controversial debut Kick Out The Jams and their demise in 1972. Over thirty years later, surviving founding members Wayne Kramer (guitar), Dennis Thompson (drums) and Michael Davis (bass) are back.

We regret to inform you that DKT/MC5 will not be able to perform at Sjock festival due to health reasons.
We will do our best to find a suitable replacement, but as you all know, it will not be easy to replace a band like this.
Below is the official band statement:

"Due to an unavoidable health issue, Wayne must postpone DKT's live performances during the week of July 13th-July 20th throughout Europe.
We advise of this announcement with true disappointment."
