In answer to your question, yes I have. To respond to that question, non-violent is a better way to protest. However, I don't think you're expecting non-violent direct action or you wouldn't be advertising a prearranged supply of medics and lawyers. Maybe you'd get more people attending if the advertisement was looking for non-violent people, as the majority of protesters are non-violent - and probably put off attending by the way the advertisements appears to be condoning violence, despite the fact violence generally discredits the protesters in the view of the majority of the public (including those who agree with the aim of the protest).
