Here's a wee bit of info about Mark E for those who'd like to know more
Mark E made quite an introduction when his re-work of Womack & Womacks " Baby im Scared of you" was released on Jiscomusic some 2 years ago, it gained world wide aclaim and became an instant classic within the nu-disco / deep house fraternity. Since then Mark has kept up the pressure with more Jisco releases, original material on the German Running Back Label, and more edits in the shape of his alias M.E. releasing The Janet Jackson re-work, R+B drunkie on Golf Channel out of NY.So whats next? a new 12 will be dropping soon on Prins Thomas' Internasjonal Label, more edits in the form of Creative Use, a colaboration with Yotoko, and another Running Back are all due for release this year. Not content with producing Marks been out sharing his record collection as regular at Birminghams Jigsawmusic parties, playing anything from Balearic to Disco to Detroit Beatdown to Deep House leading to a number of guest appearances in Manchester, London, Dublin and Portugal, plus some High profile radio shows hosting his mixes, check Beats In Space, Soulsearching Radio Show and RBMA radio for a taster of the Mark E sound. |
