None taken, but personally I think it's a great way for local bands to promote themselves easily without having to deal with shady, penny-pinching, money-grabbing promoters...and also lets them network with each other, so likemided bands can hook up and play gigs together and support each other. It leads to a much healthier, friendlier scene than Glasgow's had in the past with all it's snobbery and cliquery.There are new forums for like everyone who has a band now, I must admit I think it is rather suckful. I think its an excellent idea to, means i can find bands easier to ask if they want to give me/sell me a demo to get played on Fusion next year, never know whos listening...
