A guide on how to make your signature the best on the forum.
Note - Signature images are limited in size to a maximum of 150 pixels in height and 500 pixels in width. If you need help resizing a picture post a "resize help" type thread in the Problems & Suggestions sub-forum & somebody will help.
If the picture is already on the net:
Right click your mouse on the picture, select properties & copy the link. Then go to User CP & select 'Edit Signature'. Paste the address of the image you chose here & put image tags around it so it looks like this:
That would then look like my sig.
Here's what to do if the picture isnt on the Net:
You have to put the photo on the Net to link to it. You cant use threads on the site you have to use the
Photo Gallery. So go there & up near the top right you can click "
Upload Photo". Then Browes for the photo on your PC & then give it a name & click "Submit".
Once you have done this it will be in your gallery. Below the image will be the category and description etc, below this should be a line that reads 'BB Image Code:' and it should look like this:
Copy the code and insert it into your sig. (The code already has image tags around it so you only have to paste the code into the signature box.)
