The Alternative Nation Gig Listings cover the whole of the UK, occasionally Europe and possibly the rest of the world but you can set up the default view to show you only a limited selection, for example only gigs in your home town or only
gigs in scotland.
1. From your
UserCP, select
Edit Gig List Options
2. Select your chosen home city or country from the dropdown menu under in the
Default Location area.
- Select the top most (blank) option if you want to view all gigs wherever they are taking place.
- If your desired city (or town or country) isn't there that's most likely because we've never received details from gigs there, if you know of some you think should be listed then let us know!
- If you spot a location that you think is under the wrong heading then forgive our poor geography - again let us know and we can sort it out.
- Remember to click the
Save Changes button to save your choice!
3. To check your choice go to the main
Gig List page and look at the dropdown location menu. To override your default choice simply choose a different location from the same dropdown menu on
the main Gig Listings page
Note - not all towns & cities are listed on the main page menu (for ease of use) but you can view the gig list for any specific place by clicking on it's name when you see it in the listings.
