In a spur of the moment decision, Leon decided that he was going to surprise his Dad and Brother whom he hasn’t seen since April of last year by joining them at the Tom Waits Gig … in Chicago.
Like any good reality show this means we either close the shop for three days or get a replacement in, so in true reality tv/blog/Miami Ink style, enter: Matt. Matt has been the best friend of Leon since primary school and partner in tattooing crime for 8 years (trained by Leon back in Oz). I also have been friends and drinking buddies with Mat for the last three years but it’s the first time we have worked together.
It could be great.
Or Leon could return to a burnt out shell that was his studio.

If it's the same Matt that did the BME logo on my foot then yes he is a cracking tattooist.
