Glasgow’s Concert Halls, the most exciting and dynamic arts venues in the city, are looking for a number of flexible, customer focused individuals to join our friendly team.
Front of House, Box Office and Catering Staff
Working hours are flexible with shifts arranged to suit your needs around study or other commitments. We welcome applications from those returning to the job market. We are seeking people able to commit 4 shifts per month, including 1 at weekends, and daytime availability midweek and weekends.
Previous customer service experience would be ideal and we are also particularly keen to increase the number of first aiders on our Front of House team – please indicate any qualifications or interest in this area when applying.
Applicants for Box Office positions should have some familiarity with a PC using Windows applications.
For Catering positions, previous experience is desirable but not essential.
We are also recruiting Team Leaders who have some prior Box Office or similar sales team experience to lead Box Office shift teams at larger events.
Customer Service Administration Assistant (£12,500 p.a.)
To provide support to the Front of House team in the provision of work/staff schedules and other clerical duties. Competence in all MS Office applications is essential.
