| Meep! Group Interview
Got a group interview for the QMU on tuesday  i'd would have preferred if it was an individual interview but never mind, i'll just need to wait and see what happens.

Is it just for bar work or something like Admin or Management?
ANd with any panel or single person interviews, just do it the same, remain pleasant, focused and tactful - cause you;re selling yourself, but try to have the same attitude and remember and spread your eye contact!

group interviews are better. you just whip on yer patter merchant disguise and talk to everyone in the room and it impresses some fanny who's hiring "hey. look at him.he's sociable!"

it wasn't as bad as i thought it might be, there was meant to be 20 of us but there was only 7.
we had to do some problem solving, make a poster and one where you were in pairs sitting back to back and one had a puzzles in front of them and the one had the solution and had to tell the other where to put the pieces without saying what the complete puzzle should look like.

Went more to plan than my QMU group interview, 18 expected and 5 turned up! I still didn't get the fucking job either, cunts.
