| Re: jobs for students ive just had an email from o2 saying ive got to "the next stage" which is exciting. Im sooo under qualified for the job but my application fucking rocked so they must have been impressed anyway.
Handed out CV's all over glasgow yesterday so hopefully ill hear something by about monday :s

xxx | As long as you have customer service experience then you should be fine. They never even asked me if I had what experience I had in a call centre. If its the telephone interview then they will ask you for specific examples, e.g. Tell me about a time you have provided outstanding customer service or tell me a time you have had a difficult customer. etc etc. and its more of the same at the interview. |

Ive heard bad things about British Gas anyone got any advice aparently i need to do a role play thing

Ive never had a proper interview for a job before!! ahh its all so scary

they might go and give u a script and give you ten mins to prepare, and see how good you are with objection handling.
i didnt get it but i know some folk who did.
