| Re: jobs for students Can you give me the details for the British Gas thing?
I live in Dennistoun at the moment.
But aye...you can get the train from Alexandra Parade/Duke Street to the west end can you not? Charing Cross, Partick, Hyndland etc?
Dunno. But I went into the Ann Summers on Argyle Street. Is your burd the hot one with the black hair and lip piercings? Heh. Bought pure loads of stuff >.< Really couldn't afford it but it was well cheap!
Cinema still haven't phoned me. Phoning them at break time ^_^ (6.30pm). Got an interview for Tesco (yas ¬_¬), Argos and a pub which is literally 50 feet down the road from me (La Cala).
xx Kirsty

The cafe, Tibo, on Duke St are looking for a part time waiter/waitress. Two shifts during the week (5pm - close) and a Saturday. It looks like a cute place to work. |

| Re: jobs for students They paid me 4.60 an hour. LOL.
I chucked it already. Bastards were trying to say because I was only working 7 hours I wasn't to get a break (LIES) and I couldn't come off the till so I was on 7 hours straight, not even a toilet break because I'd have to sign off and get the manager to sign me back in again.
HAHA. Fuck off.
I'm no about to be taken advantage of for a pissy shit wage AND work Saturday and Sundays for it.
My ideal job would be in an office, call centre or bar.
xx Kirsty

| Re: jobs for students Abbey are actually no bad to work for. Decent wages £6 + an hour, and 5 hour shifts, you can do 2 or 3 mon - fri, and you have to do one a sat morning, its not too awful, and the people are really nice.
