wasn't there a watchdog type show about NPower last year? I think maybe for encouraging illegal sales tactics/practises.

Yeah, they're undoubtedly an evil sales company, but I'm more concerned with what they're like to work for in an administrative capacity.

they kept sending me bills for years after i moved out my old flat even though I hadn't lived there for the past year, and I's switched to scottish power after 6 months as they were cheaper. | |
