Wholeheartedly agree with mentions of The Fragile and Melon Collie.....

Also, more recently (but in the same mould of Kid A/Amnesiac as they were sold separately), Rufus Wainwright's Want One and Want Two albums....

Both beautiful records and masterpieces in their own right......................................even though they are a bit gay.
