I was wondering about that as well. I've seen them around Byers Road, opposite Cowcaddens tube station and around Saucihall street.
I reckon it's Smirnoff trying another abstract marketing campaign (which will fail miserably, much like their previous one).

They're for the new nightclub that's opening in the basement of Merchant Square.
Had me wondering too, but I got a look at the flyer today, and it has those symbols all over it. I forget the name of the club, it's something fucking stupid but.
