whats the point doing credit control when i am not accounts and cant get copy invoices, cant tell them anything about their account, cant tell them bank details, cant answer financial questions about their company.....

I spend a vast majority of my time relaying messages to accounts departments becuase all i can do is send them what is outstandingon account and thats it....
Defo time for a change to a job which has one main job and stop this run around!
Either im marketing or accounts, im not both!
