Aye, the training is going really well, I'm not struggling with the distance too much, although I have only done the full run a couple of times. I'm just thinking a month of eating very healthily along with no booze, can only help!

There's a place on GWR called Willow Trading (I think). I've been going there to get massages because I've been doing a lot of high impact exercise of late so my muscles have been getting a little achy.

i had a power nap yesterday i was out til 5am tho :/ that therefore means its allowed. Getting in at 6am stinking of booze was utterly worth it
