But aye, whenever I've bought flowers it's been for someone who actually liked them. |

| Re: Romance. My boyfriend and I went for a walk in Queens Park last week after dinner one night. As we walked into the park there was a single white rose on the ground just at our feet, so he picked it up and gave it to me. I thought that was romantic, or maybe I'm just a cheap date. |

Not for your mum, ideally.

Other than that, I reckon you're just cheap. |

The most romantic thing that's ever happened to me was probably..Getting a blowjob whilst playing Pro Ev and listening to Super Scoreboard. |

As for the latter, like I said I don't think romance in this sense is really appreciated by guys. |

| Re: Romance. I think it needs to work both ways, if you're a girl and you're all about the romance then you need to dish it out sometimes. Needless to say I don't have the time/energy/inclination to go for big romantic acts so I can't complain when they aren't returned. But it is nice when it's done spontaneously.
Also, I really hate getting flowers. The mad hippy in me gets quite upset at the prospect of loads of flowers being picked so nobody else can enjoy them. I much prefer getting a plant that can keep growing. |
