Also Woolies will go major rage when he sees this. Is he part Romani or was his heart broken as teen when his first gyspy love moved away with her family after that one glorious summer?

Selling stuff? Fair enough... but handing someone something, then effectively trying to demand money with menaces is somewhat different, and worthy of vitriol. |

| Re: unreasonable? The rose sellers/Gouranga folk never seem aggressive to me. A bit pushy maybe, but that's it. One Gouranga guy gave me a book once for free, as I bumped into him everywhere, even in Cambridge which is so random. I think he gave me the book so I could understand what they were all about.
I think I got to the part in the book about them believing that A) You cannot have sex before marriage and B) You can then only have sex for the purpose of procreation, never enjoyment, and then I gave up.
Next time I met him I think I said something about not agreeing with Gouranga's belief system and he still tried to sell me a CD with a "band that sounds like Tool!" on it.
Strange folk.

Strange folk. | The Gourangas are ace though. And they look so happy if you say Gouranga to them without them doing the spiel.
