Personally I find this a good thing You wear eyeliner?

Back comb- hod bit of hair from the end and run the comb from end to root, an kinda fluff it wi yer hand so its naw all separatey....fucking hell i'm bad at explainin things
eyeliner - get a decent pencil make sure its naw too blunt an pull yer eye at the side a bit (aye i know it gives yi wrinkles but i cin total worry about that in a few years) and just follow the shape of yer eye an then pure yer bottom lid down to do the wee insidey bit. Which has a name but i canny mind it.

im sure there's a thread on the eyeliner thing somewhere

or a thread containing several posts giving tips etc about it

practice is one of the best ways - some styles are harder to go for than others, and the tools/pencils/brushes/pens you use make a huge difference in terms of how easy it is to do
