One month after a full service and repair, the suspension on the car breaks. Also, no dad, it's not going back to that same garage, not a chance.

They've got lenses for me, but for some reason I need an appointment to collect them. My consultant is halfway up the Himalyas, and the other guys has phoned in sick so it might be next tuesday before they can get me in, and that's just a maybe.
Have stressed that I cannot actually see/leave the house/go to fucking work, and the secretary is doing his best for me, but there's really fuck all he can do.
This is so frustrating.

in the last 3 days i've found out that one of the stillmen here has stomach cancer, a guy i used to work with at Port Dundas has lung cancer and my boss from my old job at grangemouth died on the operating table yesterday.
