The interval between birth and death is fractal. Any given moment is infinitely deep and rich, and therefore one lifetime is quite enough for me.

Re: What was your reason behind trying (Illegal) Drugs?

No way to measure how young I started drinking, in my family (And in most of the west endy families I knew.) it was normal to give kids a glass of wine with dinner once we were around 10 or 11. I used to get in trouble at book openings for organising the other kids into a gang for the express purpose of stealing boxes of wine.

In my early teens weed seemed like fun and, propaganda aside, there really didn't seem to be much wrong with it.

Anything later I always researched things thoroughly before trying them. To this day if something sounds like a fun and interesting experience I'll consider it.

Because weed was easier to get a hold of than booze when I wanted to get wasted at 15. Still is, in a few ways.

Not that I've ever hit from a bong, but this kind of represents my thoughts on it:

...and those insufferable pinheads who insist they've never needed to take drugs because they get 'high on life' are really missing out on this one. No matter how ferociously chipper your unspeakable 'Good Ship Lollipop' ride through life might leave you, you're talking through a rat's arse if you think your gourmand's appreciation of the multiple textures and layers of taste in the simplest Chinese takeaway meal comes within a mile of the most bone-headed slacker after a couple of hits of a bong.
Take four red capsules. In ten minutes, take two more! Help is on the way.
