Its just so annoying. The dog would've died if we hadn't operated to remove the foreign body, no doubt about that, then the owners wont pay for the surgery/our time etc? Just such a fucking joke |

Some might call it noble

Some might call it noble | If you cannot afford vet bills either go to an RSPCA (or equivalent) vet practice who don't charge and who ask for a donation the owner can afford or be noble and don't own a pet knowing you can't afford to get treated if it becomes sick or injured. I don't think this is the same as giving legal help to a person with no assets or a doctor helping a sick person in a country where medical care is not free. A person chooses to own a pet and that comes with responsibility. I bet they are not even unable to pay too - just tight

| Re: What pissed you off recently? Ha! It's not noble. We have consent forms that say "Payment must be made at time of collection" people sign it ergo agreeing to the contract. If people say "I cant afford it but do it anyway and i'll find the money" we are flexible and work out payment schemes. Most people get the work done, pay a minimal amount off then fuck off. It's not noble, its illegal for us to refuse treatment of an animal |

| Re: What pissed you off recently? When you go to someone's funeral, you'd expect them to get more than what amounts to a passing mention. Listen pal, if I wanted to hear about how awesome your imaginary friend is, I'd..........nah, I'll never want to hear that.
