Meet Tom for lunch - even though I'll probably eat whatever's going to be provided by catering at my meeting 
If I've time - go get changed and freshened up..
Quick errand or three..and a few essential phonecalls
Get picked up by Mr Jonesy
Go for drive (hopefully up to Glen Coe, considering the weather..)
And, if we manage to make it back, go for the third BBQ of the week!
Fairly relaxing day
