I'll be clearing a small backlog of post, watching the newest family guy dvd's, maybe doing a spot of housework and making the tea later. I also need to speak to the old man, something about a trip up in November apparently.

I just had a 45 min hack around the park followed by an hour long riding lesson followed by a go on the "Ijoy Ride" exercise machine at the yard - I am officially done in
